As Vice President of Comprehensive Benefits Planning, Patty Riggio brings decades of experience, industry knowledge, and a commitment to client service. She began her career in the insurance industry in 1977 and has since become a trusted advisor to employers seeking thoughtful, strategic benefits solutions.

After connecting with Karl Vaughn early in her career, Patty became a valued colleague and partner. Together, they founded Comprehensive Benefits Planning in 1996 with a shared vision of “Service First,” a philosophy that continues to guide the firm’s approach today.

Patty lives in Bel Air, Maryland, with her husband, David. She enjoys reading, spending time with loved ones, and cruising. She is most proud of the longstanding client relationships she has built, many of which have spanned more than 30 years.
