As an Account Executive at Comprehensive Benefits Planning, Kyle Vaughn drives new business growth by building strong relationships and delivering tailored employee benefits solutions. In this role, he partners closely with employers to understand their workforce needs and develop strategies that support both employee well-being and organizational success.

Kyle is a proud graduate of Salisbury University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration. Shortly after graduation, he joined the CBP team in 2005, bringing his strong foundation in business and client service to the world of employee benefits.

Kyle describes the CBP team as dedicated, compassionate, and service-driven. He lives in Forest Hill, Maryland, with his wife, Kathleen, and their three children, Hadley, Grace and Colton. An avid runner and cyclist, Kyle participates each year in Bike to the Beach for Autism Awareness, a 100-mile ride from Baltimore to Dewey Beach.
